These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Valence Advisory, LLC (“Valence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Valence is a development-stage company. We are NOT currently registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state securities authority, and we are NOT providing investment advice, making recommendations, or managing assets. The Site is informational only and describes our intended business.

Nothing on the Site is, or should be relied on as, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or advisory service. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Site with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution
